Leadership Coach · CPC · Mindfulness Practitioner
Real leadership starts on the inside. I work with entrepreneurs, people leaders, and creatives who are ready to lead from a place of presence, not pressure.
About Jared
I'm a Leadership Coach and mindfulness practitioner working with people who are high-performing by every external measure but know something is still off. They're managing teams, building companies, and holding it together. They just want to feel more like themselves while doing it.
My coaching is rooted in mindfulness and presence. Not as soft skills, but as the foundation of real, sustained performance. I draw on everything from Alan Watts to the daily work of leading a BDR team at TigerConnect, where I put these ideas into practice every single day.
This is not theory. It's a practice. And it changes how you lead, how you show up, and how you feel at the end of the day.
The Work
Everything I do comes back to this. A framework that lives in the work, not on a whiteboard. Something that actually holds up.
01
Most leaders are operating from a constant state of reaction. Mindfulness isn't about slowing down. It's about seeing clearly so you can move with intention instead of noise.
02
Leadership is a practice, not a title. The best leaders I know are doing the inner work alongside the outer work. They lead because people trust them, not because they have to.
03
You don't lead well by knowing more. You lead well by knowing yourself. That means showing up as the same person in the hard conversations that you are everywhere else.
Who This Is For
You've built something real. Now the challenge is staying grounded as it grows and leading a team that reflects your values, not just your urgency.
You manage people and carry a lot. The goal isn't just to hit the number. It's to build a team that actually wants to follow you somewhere worth going.
You think differently and lead with vision. The work is learning to trust that instinct even when the room isn't with you yet, and building the presence to bring people along.
You don't lead well by knowing more.
You lead well by knowing yourself.
